/ Bar processed to your schedule before it ships
Cut & Bend Service
Send the bar schedule and the steel arrives cut, bent and tagged to it — not as stock lengths for someone to process on site. The offcuts stay at the processing yard in Vietnam, so you are not paying ocean freight on steel you were always going to cut off.
/ How it runs
From your schedule to your port
Seven steps, and you control the one that matters — nothing is cut until you have approved the schedule.

Step 01
Send drawings or a schedule
Whatever your engineer has issued. If it is only drawings, we do the takeoff.

Step 02
Schedule returned and approved
Marks, shapes, lengths and quantities come back for you to check. Nothing is cut until you sign it off.

Step 03
Bar checked in and racked
Incoming stock inspected and racked by diameter before it reaches the line.

Step 04
Cut to length
Straight bar cut to the schedule on an automatic line. Offcuts stay in the yard.

Step 05
Bent to shape
Stirrups, ligatures, cranks and standard bends formed to the approved shapes.

Step 06
Counted, tagged, checked
Finished bundles counted and verified against the schedule, then tagged by mark.

Step 07
Loaded and shipped
Containerised and sailed to your nominated port, with the paperwork travelling with it.
/ Why process at origin
What you stop paying for
You stop shipping scrap
Offcuts are made at the yard in Vietnam and stay there. Cut on site instead and you have paid ocean freight, duty and handling on steel that goes straight in the skip.
The slab is not a workshop
No cropping and bending in the open, no bar store to guard, no crew tied up processing. Bundles land tagged by mark and go where they are fixed.
Checked three times
Incoming bar on arrival, dimensions during processing, and the finished bundles against the schedule before they load.
Paperwork travels with it
Mill certificate per heat and the cutting list arrive with the steel, not chased afterwards.
Worth planning for
Cut straight bar bundles pack much like stock lengths. Bent shapes do not nest, so they take more container space per tonne. Tell us the split between straight and bent at enquiry and we will quote the load plan with it.
Specification
What we specify for cut & bend service
We supply the supporting documentation with the quote, not after you have committed to an order.
